We also have deep ties with our community. We both have been practicing law for decades in Rochester and Western NY, and have helped shape the laws in our community. During a brief call, we can determine the basics of your legal situation, whether Kelly White Donofrio LLP may be the right fit for your needs, and schedule an in-person consultation visit to review your case in more detail if appropriate.

To ensure you get the most out of our time together, collect any relevant documents and materials to bring with you to our meeting. These may include contracts or legal documents, insurance information, police reports, and communications associated to your situation. The meeting will take place at our offices, at 45 East Avenue in downtown Rochester. Free parking is available in the adjacent lot on the West side of the building.

Most consultation visits last approximately one hour. During this time we will review in detail the facts and circumstances of your legal situation, discuss the laws pertaining to your situation, determine the strengths and weaknesses of any legal claims you may have, and outline the best strategies and associated fees to achieve your goals.

Your next steps are up to you. After our consultation visit, you will be equipped to determine if you want to retain further legal representation from our firm.
