Don White

Donald White previously served as a Senior Associate with Davidson Fink LLP and was a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law practice group, as well as the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice group. In his family law and divorce practice, Mr. White assists clients as they navigate through this difficult time, by counseling them on issues regarding custody, child support, spousal maintenance and equitable distribution. Mr. White is also trained in Collaborative Law, which offers his clients an alternative to resolving disputes in court and fosters open communication between parties. As a Personal Injury attorney, Mr. White works to obtain fair and just recoveries for clients suffering from catastrophic and disabling injuries, including injuries incurred as a result of nursing home abuse and negligence. His practice also encompasses municipal law, including zoning and planning issues. He is presently the attorney for the Village of Webster, New York. Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Mr. White served as confidential law clerk at both the trial and appellate court levels to New York State Supreme Court Justice Robert J. Lunn for 14 years. Through this service, he acquired invaluable experience in identifying issues and resolving disputes, which are skills that translate well in his current practice.
