Paul D. Kelly, In Memoriam (September 20, 1955 – May 1, 2017)

Paul Kelly was one of the original three founding partners of Kelly White Donofrio LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly started and served as department head for the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice practice areas at Davidson Fink LLP, and had worked as a Public Defender in the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office

Mr. Kelly was a well-respected attorney and worked tirelessly for his clients. He was an accomplished trial lawyer, representing clients in both State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts. Throughout his years of practice, Mr. Kelly successfully settled and received innumerable trial verdicts in favor of his clients. His rate of successful verdicts along with his reputation for delivering the highest level of legal representation earned him recognition among his peers and colleagues in the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse areas. The vast majority of Mr. Kelly’s cases were referred to him by attorneys practicing throughout Western New York and by clients he successfully represented. Paul’s sage advice, quick wit and friendship will be sadly missed.
