Laurie Donofrio



Ms. Donofrio was previously a partner with the Davidson Fink LLP litigation department. She focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile negligence cases and medical malpractice litigation. Prior to concentrating on plaintiff’s personal injury work, Ms. Donofrio handled insurance defense litigation, which affords her an insider’s perspective into the policy and decision-making process of national liability carriers. Her background also includes commercial litigation and education law with an emphasis on representing students with disabilities.

Ms. Donofrio also practices collaborative matrimonial law, a powerfully effective, needs-based approach to resolving the complex and emotionally charged issues confronting divorcing couples and their children. Through this client-centered approach, she effectively assists divorcing parties negotiate comprehensive separation and divorce agreements with dignity and integrity in a creative and civilized manner.
